Elua Village 1804

Our 2 bed / 2 bath condo is located on the shores of Wailea at the feet of Haleakalā on the southwest side of Maui. Situated close to the ocean, along the southern edge of the resort, Wailea Elua 1804 is perfectly furnished for a memorable Hawaiian family vacation. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from the wrap-around lanai. While the interior is incredible, the view is breathtaking. Nothing compares to the Ocean View from the second floor at Wailea Elua Village, a ‘low density’ resort on 24 private acres of lush, manicured tropical grounds. The Resort is centrally located in the prestigious Wailea community on the famous Ulua Beach. Walk to all the Wailea restaurants and resorts, or stroll a mile down the best beach on Maui. Numerous golf courses are located within 5 minutes. Excellent Snorkeling or Scuba Diving is available right in front of the resort, or you can spend the entire day on the lanai enjoying the sounds of the ocean.

The Elua Village consists of only 153 condos spread across a 23-acre site, so there are beautiful open spaces and views everywhere. Palm trees, tropical flowers, and orchids abound. There are two pool areas, both recently remodeled. The upper pool area has a jacuzzi spa. The lower pool and pavilion area is absolutely stunning and located right next to the beach. The pavilion has a full kitchen, shared BBQs, both covered and uncovered areas for dining and relaxing, a lending library, and gym/workout room with a view of the ocean!

Elua 1804 is situated in the right side of the Wailea Elua Village property. We are only 75 yards from Ulua beach -- just a 30 second walk to the sand and the world famous 2-mile Wailea Beach Walk that connects all the beachfront resorts along the stunning South Maui shoreline.

Take a trip that gives back

The Hawaiian Islands itinerary that can change your life isn’t found in any guidebooks. Because what makes the Hawaiian Islands truly special is not only our stunning natural beauty or our vibrant culture - it’s the deeply rooted relationship that connects them.

That relationship between people and place grows stronger every time you malama (give back). When you give back - to the land, the ocean, the wildlife, the forest, the fishpond, the community - you’re part of a virtuous circle that enriches everything and everyone. Including your experience as a visitor.

Several organizations offer opportunities for visitors to pay it forward, like beach clean-ups, native tree planting, and more. Engage in some of our volunteer opportunities below, and in exchange, experience Hawaii on a much deeper and connected level. Learn more about the  Malama Hawaii Program and please give back.

Giving Thanks & Sharing Aloha

The practice of reciprocation is deeply ingrained in our island communities because we rely so heavily on one another in modern times, and historically, too. It’s one of the most cherished parts of life in Hawaii. Sharing aloha is a time-honored way of giving thanks and showing gratitude.
